Job Details

4+ years of experience in product or commercial analytics, data science, or quantitative roles.
Proven experience in B2C or marketplace product analytics, including funnels, retention curves, and user lifecycle.
Strong SQL proficiency.
Strong Python or R proficiency.
Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and common failure modes.
Experience with data governance, event taxonomy, and defining tracking data requirements.
Experience with data visualization and BI tools like LightDash, Looker, or Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to connect product metrics to financial outcomes.
Experience using AI tools to augment analytical workflows.
Proficiency in English for both meetings and async communication.
Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights for cross-functional audiences.

Partner with product teams to define success metrics, design experiments, and evaluate feature impact.
Design and analyze experiments with statistical rigor while championing best practices.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure data tracking quality and event taxonomy.
Partner with product and business teams to implement product-level KPIs connecting metrics to business outcomes.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on product, operational, and commercial performance such as funnels, retention, and cohorts.
Size opportunities and build business cases to connect metric movements to revenue impact.
Build and maintain governed dashboards in LightDash to support self-serve analytics.
Partner with leadership to inform roadmap prioritization and evaluate business bets.
