Requirements

Must be a Certified or Registered Alcohol or Drug Counselor.
Alternatively, must be a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, ACSW, LMFT, AMFT, etc.).
Minimum 1+ years of experience in addiction treatment.
Comfortable working independently.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong collaborative skills for working in a team environment.
Fluent in Spanish (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Perform client intakes to assess individual recovery needs.
Connect clients to appropriate services and resources and assist in navigating them.
Develop supportive relationships with clients to guide them through their recovery journey.
Encourage client follow-through on linked resources and opportunities.
Collaborate with the treatment team, including medical director and nurse practitioners, on comprehensive treatment plans.
