- Ability to translate abstract frameworks and design principles into concrete outcomes.
- Experience working in environments with developing risk and control frameworks.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on value-driven, technology-enabled assurance.
Responsibilities
- Translate Internal Audit’s strategy into a concrete product roadmap with measurable business and risk outcomes.
- Champion a product owner mindset across the Internal Audit function, focused on providing technology-enabled, repeatable, and value-driven assurance.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in collaboration with the Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead and Head of Professional Practices.
- Modernize the Internal Audit function by embedding technology into core processes.
- Coach the Internal Audit function to adopt new technologies and ways of working.
- Build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders in Risk and Compliance.
- Drive communications and engagement to maximize the value of Internal Audit products and insights.
- Influence cross-Collective initiatives impacting the Internal Audit function.
- Build strategic partnerships with regulatory bodies, industry forums, and academia.
