Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success defining and launching products.
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical background, strong data and analytical skills.
- Effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Adobe Products.
- Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts and offer valid solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including superb writing, content development and editing skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a flexible, adaptable team-player mindset.
- Well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize market and customer requirements.
- Act as the customer advocate articulating their needs.
- Work closely with development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
- Develop positioning for the product.
- Recommend or contribute information in setting product pricing.
