Job Details

Deep domain expertise in pay equity, compensation, or total rewards.
Ability to perform pay equity analysis and interpret results.
Significant experience implementing or managing enterprise SaaS customers, especially complex, large-scale accounts.
Strong project management and project-planning skills.
Comfort operating at global scale and navigating large, matrixed, multi-region organizations.
Credibility and confidence with senior stakeholders at the VP and executive level.
Experience in an individual-contributor role; prior people-leadership experience is a plus.
Thrives with autonomy and ambiguity.
Proactive and organized approach to managing account needs.
Passion for closing pay and opportunity gaps.

Own Syndio's most strategic accounts end to end, serving as the embedded, high-touch expert on a focused portfolio of two to three complex enterprise customers.
Partner daily with senior customer stakeholders—VPs of Total Rewards, compensation leaders, and executive sponsors—as a credible peer.
Run and interpret pay equity analyses and advise customers on workplace equity strategy.
Lead complex, multi-product implementations and migrations, including Data Hub migrations and Decisions rollouts.
Operate at global scale, navigating multi-region organizational structures and stakeholder maps.
Deliver value realization storytelling to help flagship customers recognize the ROI of their workplace-equity journey.
Shape and iterate on Syndio's new high-touch expert support model.
Partner with Product, Revenue Marketing, and Engineering to represent the customer voice and create scalable playbooks.
