Requirements
- 1-2 years building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
- 2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar).
- Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, and workflows.
- Support critical MarTech tool integrations connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and data platforms.
- Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Maintain documentation and provide training on AI agent adoption and Marketo configurations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and the Marketo platform.
