Requirements

Demonstrated experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Hands-on experience with SysML.
Hands-on experience with Cameo Systems Modeler.
Experience with functional decomposition.
Experience with requirements traceability.
Experience supporting Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) operations.
Experience with spacecraft commissioning and/or routine satellite operations.
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and digital engineering methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
Create and manage SysML models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
Perform functional decomposition and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.
Support digital engineering initiatives throughout the system development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation and system behavior models.
Support spacecraft commissioning and Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) activities.
Collaborate with systems, software, hardware, integration, and operations teams to ensure mission readiness.
Participate in architecture reviews, engineering trade studies, and technical design reviews.
Support systems integration, verification, validation, and operational readiness activities.
Prepare engineering documentation and communicate technical recommendations to stakeholders.
