You will join a team of world-renowned AI pioneers, including CTO Jan Chorowski (co-author with Geoff Hinton) and CSO Adrian Kosowski (PhD in Theoretical Computer Science at 20). Engineering at Pathway

You'll work with Pathway's breakthrough architecture, which outperforms the Transformer model and offers complete transparency into its workings. They combine this foundational model with the fastest data processing engine on the market to process live data streams, enabling AI to make decisions based on always up-to-date knowledge. Engineers here solve the complex problem of "generalization over time," creating AI that learns and reasons like a human. You’ll be optimizing infrastructure for ML training and inference, managing terabyte-scale datasets, and implementing ML-centric CI/CD practices across multiple major cloud providers.
