Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience (full-stack, backend, or systems).
- Fluency in modern programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data architecture, schema design, and data modeling.
- Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Proven experience building or integrating with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, APIs).
- Ability to build usable interfaces with strong UX/UI sense for internal tools.
- Experience designing API integrations with focus on schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production software using version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong ownership of the full development lifecycle from requirements to UAT and iteration.
- Concrete perspective on utilizing AI and agents to create leverage in workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end with clean architecture.
- Build and integrate APIs across marketing, sales, and client operations stacks including telephony and BI.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for reporting and operational systems.
- Extend and maintain the Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design AI-native workflows and agents with appropriate guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
