Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience working with computers in an office environment.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of email, Slack, and web browsers.
- Proficiency with mobile (iOS, Android) and Connected TV devices (FireTV, AppleTV, Roku) in a testing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- General availability for Sunday and other peak event game days during the NFL football season.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live game and program video for commercial breaks and compare source video feed to digital distribution.
- Perform as either a primary operator or as a backup.
- Monitor listen-only lines for commercial break instructions.
- Follow ad break program guides, calculate break durations, and break insertion points.
- Report any issues to supervisor.
- Monitor and generate ad delivery performance metrics and provide immediate notification of any delivery anomalies detected.
- Perform application and system testing of ad delivery as directed.
