Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations
- Established network of contacts across key consulting firms such as Aon, Mercer, and WTW
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts and differentiated approaches in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences and events
Responsibilities
- Connect with key consultants and senior leaders at key benefits consulting organizations
- Position Form Health's products and capabilities to secure a favorable position in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs
- Work closely with sales to coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and opportunity exploration
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consultant feedback to share with internal leadership
- Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and client-consultant meetings (up to 30% travel)
