Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or technology purchasing.
- Demonstrated experience leading vendor negotiations and procurement initiatives.
- Direct experience managing SaaS and/or cloud vendor contracts and licensing models.
- Strong commercial analysis and financial modeling skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for spend models and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives.
- Experience building procurement or vendor management functions from scratch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end vendor contract lifecycle from search to termination.
- Lead sourcing activities and negotiations for SaaS, cloud, and IT enterprise purchases.
- Define and enforce procurement policies, vendor evaluation criteria, and approval workflows.
- Maintain a centralized repository of agreements and a renewal calendar.
- Track software utilization and build dashboards for technology spending and forecasting.
- Coordinate risk assessments, SOC 2 compliance, and legal reviews for new vendors.
