Job Details

7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Hands-on depth in at least one or two core areas: growth marketing, account-based marketing, or content/thought leadership.
Proven track record of building a marketing function or program from scratch without an existing playbook.
Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
Ability to independently build lifecycle stages, nurture sequences, attribution, and segmentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive and clinical audiences.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret program/pipeline data and generate actionable insights.
Highly organized project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment.
Ability to translate clinical and customer results into market-facing narratives.

Own the campaign calendar, newsletters, webinars, and nurture sequences to drive provider adoption and utilization.
Partner with marketing operations to manage lifecycle stages, attribution, and segmentation within HubSpot.
Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy, including keynotes, bylines, and media placements.
Build a content engine consisting of blog series, whitepapers, and case studies to drive top-of-funnel awareness.
Manage the end-to-end conference and event strategy, including budgeting and participation.
Develop and automate account-based marketing (ABM) processes including ICP scoring and contact-enrichment.
Maintain messaging consistency across sales collateral and web properties.
Define organizational structure and hiring plans as the marketing function scales.
