- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
- Reliable high-speed internet service through a wired broadband provider (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
- Dedicated private workspace with a door that can be closed and secured during working hours
- Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based tools, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to participate on camera for meetings and training
- Ability to read scripts aloud clearly, accurately, and with proper enunciation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate customer conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering a positive customer experience
- Present products, services, and promotional offers using approved scripts or customized presentations based on customer needs
- Build rapport, answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Accurately collect, verify, and update customer information in company systems
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and upsell opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals, quality standards, and productivity expectations to maximize bonus opportunities
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when appropriate
