Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in dental office negotiations, relations, or contracting.
- Must be a current Cigna or Express Scripts contractor.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Home internet connection must be at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload via cable broadband or fiber.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and contract qualified dental health care professionals to meet health plan needs.
- Conduct daily outreach to dental offices to negotiate contracts for dental PPO networks.
- Assist with new provider or location credentialing, contracting, and recredentialing requests.
- Handle incoming calls from dental providers and resolve issues using a one and done philosophy.
- Perform research to respond to inquiries, complaints, or disputes, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments and maintain positive relationships with healthcare office staff.
- Assist with preparation or modification of provider compensation or contracts.
