Requirements
- Solid experience in motion design and video production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership across brand, marketing, and product touchpoints.
- Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong narrative structure, pacing, and sound design skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience translating brand marketing guidelines into consistent motion design.
- Experience supporting or informally guiding other designers or collaborators.
- Curiosity and adaptability with emerging technologies, including generative video and AI tools.
- Ability to submit all application materials in English.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact motion and video content for brand campaigns, performance marketing, and product storytelling.
- Manage projects from concept to completion, balancing creative quality with business goals.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and scalable motion systems to ensure visual consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine creative choices and integrate feedback.
- Guide junior designers, interns, and freelancers to ensure output meets brand standards.
- Identify and implement new tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve production efficiency.
