Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
- Strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
- Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects
- Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
- Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence
- Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production
