Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Familiarity using AI tools such as Codex and Claude to analyze data and automate workflows.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building and troubleshooting complex financial models.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, with the ability to maintain reporting files.
- Strong data-analysis capabilities including working across multiple data sources and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ability to independently develop business cases and forecasts.
- Ability to ramp quickly and manage existing processes independently.
- Strong ability to deliver reliably in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen the Annual Operating Plan and forecast cycles by increasing visibility into vendor spend, renewals, and savings opportunities.
- Leverage AI to develop scalable tools and workflows that automate manual processes and improve financial forecasting.
- Build financial analyses and business cases for vendor renewals and new investments, evaluating total cost of ownership and budget implications.
- Support high-impact FP&A initiatives including headcount planning, executive reporting, and infrastructure analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc financial projects to inform business decisions and strengthen financial insights.
