Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- 5+ years of professional experience working with Ruby.
- 2+ years of experience working with AWS.
- 2+ years of experience working with microservices architectures.
- 2+ years of experience working with React.
- 1+ years of experience mentoring team members.
- Advanced English proficiency is required for working with US clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop new applications and services using Ruby on Rails, microservices technology, and Azure PaaS.
- Document architectural designs through diagrams and logical flows.
- Interpret functional and non-functional requirements to implement reliable software solutions.
- Test new applications and services across a variety of environments.
- Maintain and modify existing applications to optimize system performance.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of engineering teams through recruiting and interviewing.
- Provide technical advice and coaching to support the development of software engineers.
