Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years of previous customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Private, dedicated, and distraction-free workspace that ensures confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required weekends and afternoons/evenings.
- Commitment to 100% attendance during the three-week training period.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases to drive sales.
- Reply to incoming customer emails and MMS as required by business needs.
- Request contact lens prescriptions from eye care providers via phone as needed.
- Communicate and engage proactively with the team and management in a virtual environment.
- Maintain high performance across revenue per chat, quality, availability, and timeliness metrics.
- Identify and resolve customer problems to ensure a positive experience.
