Requirements
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency.
- Proven track record of closing senior and specialized roles.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across technical and non-technical AI roles.
- Genuine fluency with AI industry trends, emerging job functions, and tools.
- Strong judgment in evaluating technical AI and ML backgrounds.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-volume searches.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Must submit a short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) as part of the application.
Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates including ML engineers, AI researchers, and data engineers.
- Source non-technical AI-adjacent roles such as AI operations and AI consulting.
- Conduct structured screening calls to validate experience and role fit.
- Evaluate technical profiles and project portfolios with technical fluency.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate communication logs in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate search criteria and adjust strategies.
- Build and maintain repeatable sourcing workflows and documentation.
