5 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
Strong technical aptitude and curiosity regarding AI concepts like generative AI, prompt-based workflows, and automation.
Proven experience driving adoption of complex, emerging, or AI-powered technology products.
Ability to design solutions and best practices by gathering requirements and tailoring recommendations to customer workflows.
Consultative customer success experience with a track record of driving outcomes and renewals.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills to articulate impact through data and anecdotes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting technical topics to varied stakeholders.
Experience in enabling and training users on new technology.

Own a portfolio of AI Clients, providing ongoing support, strategic guidance, and consulting to ensure client success.
Drive AI adoption and value by leading onboarding and continual enablement for LitifyAI customers.
Identify opportunities to expand AI usage within accounts through new use cases and data-driven recommendations.
Develop and maintain playbooks, best practices, and success frameworks to accelerate adoption.
Gather and surface structured product feedback through client interviews and check-ins.
Partner with Product and Marketing to translate insights into roadmap inputs and enablement content.
Represent the voice of the customer in AI-related feature prioritization and strategy discussions.
