- Confident communicator capable of simplifying complex regulatory concepts.
- Experience conducting audits, reviews, investigations, or compliance assessments.
- Strong judgment when managing risk and ambiguity.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary payroll compliance expert for the US region.
- Interpret payroll, tax, social security, labor, and employment legislation.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure compliance in product development.
- Translate complex legislative requirements into scalable business and product logic.
- Conduct compliance assessments, validation, and regulatory audits.
- Advise stakeholders on high-risk compliance matters and emerging regulatory developments.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and governance frameworks.
- Provide training and mentorship to Payroll Specialists and cross-functional teams.
