Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including recent hands-on individual contributor work.
- Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap directly.
- Deep experience working with enterprise customers, including discovery and requirements gathering.
- Track record of quantifying business impact and defending prioritization decisions.
- Comfortable in technically complex domains such as databases, data infrastructure, distributed systems, or developer tools.
- Experience running product processes in Linear or a comparable tool.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation-driven decision-making.
- Experience or clear readiness to move into a people management role for a small team.
- Availability to work within hours overlapping between GMT and ET.
Responsibilities
- Run a continuous rhythm of customer conversations through discovery calls, renewals, and support signals.
- Translate enterprise requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering.
- Maintain a single, prioritized roadmap with clear justification for all shipping items and trade-offs.
- Attach expected business impact to roadmap items to defend prioritization decisions.
- Assess incoming enterprise requests for criticality and business patterns.
- Partner with tech leads to manage sequencing, feasibility, and dependencies.
- Hire and develop PMs while remaining hands-on in core product areas.
- Define success metrics for major features and conduct post-launch analysis.
