Requirements
- Strong experience supporting API-based integrations in a technical support or partner-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
- Comfort interpreting JSON and XML.
- Experience reading logs and reasoning about webhook and event-driven flows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing escalations and balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong operational mindset and desire to improve documentation and workflows.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and technical support experience for API partners.
- Review Menu API requirements and coordinate with the Menus team.
- Support external partners via Zendesk, Slack, email, and live troubleshooting sessions.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex API, payload, mapping, and authentication issues.
- Reproduce and isolate issues using tools like Postman and GraphQL.
- Monitor API trends and incidents to identify failure patterns.
- Contribute to documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal training.
- Mentor teammates and serve as a senior technical resource.
