Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including window functions, aggregations, and processing large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation of routine tasks.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase).
- Understanding of key B2C product metrics: conversion, funnel, retention, churn, LTV/CAC.
- Active interest in and use of AI tools for task automation (e.g., Claude Code).
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Nice to have: Experience with dbt, Databricks, or DWH components.
- Nice to have: Experience in payment analytics or understanding of payment processes (approval rates, chargebacks, refunds, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines from raw data to OBT, integrating data from PSP, processing systems, and product events.
- Develop automated monitoring systems, BI reporting, and alerting to track key metrics without manual intervention.
- Implement automated data quality checks for completeness, timeliness, and correctness to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform analytical research, prepare data, and formulate actionable conclusions to support team decision-making.
- Collaborate with the payment team, data analysts, and data engineers to process requests and align on metric logic.
