Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in US employment law, multi-state compliance, and complex employee relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools to drive process and workflow improvements.
  • Experience partnering with talent acquisition on compensation analysis, including market benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
  • Experience partnering with talent development functions to define business unit learning needs.
  • Experience leading or contributing to job architecture and titling framework development.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting a remote-first workforce across multiple time zones.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, energy, or utilities industries preferred.
  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted, embedded people partner and chief of staff for all people matters for assigned market unit leaders.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount strategy.
  • Coach and develop managers on performance management, feedback delivery, and building high-performing teams.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategy with business priorities, workforce plans, and compensation frameworks.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and equitable outcomes.
  • Analyze and translate compensation data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Collaborate with L&D on the continuous harmonization of job architecture, titles, and leveling frameworks.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools to improve HR workflows and service delivery.
  • Guide employees and leaders through organizational change with clarity and consistency.
