Responsibilities
- Lead Sales Cloud implementation projects from discovery to deployment
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Configure Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Forecasting
- Design sales process automation and approval workflows
- Develop dashboards, reports, and sales performance analytics
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Conduct user training and stakeholder workshops
