Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer brand design is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty packaging design, digital assets, retail, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
- Ability to take direction and feedback well while working efficiently under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across digital e-commerce, social media, and retail education materials.
- Design packaging updates, line extensions, secondary packaging, and promotional kits while maintaining brand consistency.
- Assist with visual merchandising, fixture, and in-store display design.
- Support event activation and experiential design materials.
- Produce product renderings and support photo retouching and compositing.
- Translate creative briefs into on-brand design solutions while incorporating feedback.
- Manage project timelines using Wrike and participate in daily creative stand-ups.
- Support photoshoot logistics, including shot list preparation and on-set assistance.
