Requirements
- In-depth experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude co-work/Code or openclaw.
- Ability to derive clear marketing measures from data analysis.
- Strong ownership of budgets, account performance, and client development.
- Operational excellence combined with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional German language skills (at least C1 level).
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a holistic view of marketing.
- Experience in landing page development (nice to have).
- Experience collaborating with technical teams (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Oversee client performance in Paid Social channels, specifically Meta and TikTok.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies beyond simple campaign management.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to innovate campaign structures and post-click experiences.
- Optimize full-funnel performance, including conversion and customer journey mapping.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients to drive account success.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights for account scaling.
- Coordinate with the Creative team to enhance ad performance.
