Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product engineering, or an equivalent role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context.
- Proven ability to write actionable technical specs such as state machines, business rules, and data contracts.
- Technical fluency to read data models and evaluate API contracts.
- Proven track record of shipping working prototypes or production code.
- Experience setting and tracking outcome-based success metrics and kill thresholds.
- Experience working in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop end-to-end: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec creation, prototype development, production PR, and outcome measurement.
- Define and maintain product contracts for demand forecasts and distribution recommendations, including measuring adoption and forecast accuracy.
- Perform customer discovery using AI tools to synthesize research from tickets, interviews, and behavioral data.
- Maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on strategic inputs and competitive intelligence.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against system architecture and service boundaries.
- Set experiment hypotheses with explicit kill thresholds and make rollout decisions based on data.
- Participate in architecture reviews and serve as the product judgment seat for build-vs-buy decisions.
