Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context.
- Ability to write detailed technical story/specs, including state machines, business rules, and data contracts.
- Technical fluency to read data models, evaluate API contracts, and identify deviations in AI-generated code.
- Track record of shipping working prototypes or production-ready code.
- Proven experience setting and tracking success metrics and kill thresholds.
- Experience working in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product loop end-to-end: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec, prototype, production PR, and outcome measurement.
- Manage the forecasting, placement, and replenishment decision surface end-to-end, including defining product contracts and measuring adoption.
- Conduct customer discovery research synthesized with AI tools across various data signals.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact and speed.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against architecture, service boundaries, and data structures.
- Participate in architecture reviews as the product judgment seat to make build-vs-buy-vs-defer decisions.
