Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong Python proficiency (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
- Deep production-level experience with dbt (modeling, testing, documentation, semantic layer).
- Expertise in experimentation and causal inference (A/B, quasi-experimental, geo-lift).
- Experience with attribution modeling (media mix, multi-touch).
- Proven fluency with AI-native analyst tools (Claude, Hex, etc.).
- Experience with product analytics instrumentation and lifecycle analytics platforms.
- Experience partnering with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own analytical strategy for end-to-end marketing funnel, activation, and retention.
- Partner with product teams as embedded analytical lead and manage product analytics roadmap.
- Serve as executive-facing voice for funnel and retention performance diagnostics.
- Design and lead experimentation program including test design, causal inference, and StatSig implementation.
- Own attribution framework, including multi-touch and media mix modeling.
- Develop dbt models, data quality standards, and semantic layer for self-service BI.
- Lead and coach a small team using AI-native tooling for increased leverage.
