Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (Master’s is a plus).
- 12+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI.
- 4+ years leading teams.
- Direct experience in a healthtech company with clinical, operational, and commercial reporting demands.
- Direct experience supporting RFP processes with data and analysis.
- Experience building or owning SLA frameworks.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Deep, production-level experience with dbt (modeling, testing, documentation, semantic layer).
- Experience with context engineering for BI and AI self-service.
- Proven fluency with AI-native developer and analyst tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own Client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) automation end to end.
- Automate recurring weekly and monthly client reporting in partnership with Data Engineering.
- Own the RFP data function, providing analysis, benchmarks, and data cuts.
- Create and own a standard system of client SLAs.
- Build and maintain the foundational set of metrics used externally.
- Represent the clinical ROI story confidently in QBRs and client conversations.
- Act as a data consultant behind the external narrative.
- Partner directly with Customer Success and Sales leadership as an analytical lead.
- Represent Foodsmart directly in front of clients and prospects when needed.
