Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server with a focus on development.
- Proven experience creating complex SQL queries using joins, subqueries, common table expressions (CTEs), and window functions.
- Strong understanding of SQL performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and database design principles.
- Experience working with ETL processes and data pipeline technologies such as SSIS or similar tools.
- Experience troubleshooting data issues in production environments.
- Knowledge of database concepts including normalization and data structures.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server solutions, including queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
- Analyze and improve SQL performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues to maintain accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Support and enhance ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and product stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes within SLA-driven environments.
- Contribute to database workflow improvements, documentation, and technical best practices.
