Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer building and supporting production-grade software systems.
- At least 1 year of professional experience developing applications in Go.
- Strong proficiency in strongly typed programming languages.
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven expertise designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build).
- Strong experience developing automated testing frameworks for distributed or microservices-based architectures.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, containerization, and cloud-native deployment best practices.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments with high level of ownership.
- Ability to independently manage projects from requirements gathering through optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks supporting REST and gRPC APIs.
- Build and improve AI-assisted quality engineering solutions to automate test generation and strengthen regression coverage.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Plan and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing to validate platform resilience.
- Implement chaos engineering practices by designing fault-injection experiments.
- Standardize quality engineering tools, frameworks, and development workflows.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to increase test coverage and diagnose production issues.
- Mentor fellow engineers and promote engineering best practices focused on quality and automation.
