Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in health and wellness copywriting, with experience creating direct response marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience writing video ad scripts for product-blind, long-form sales funnels and VSL campaigns.
- Experience developing high-impact VSL components such as hooks, leads, calls-to-action, and closing sections.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion-focused writing.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to create persuasive copy using both emotional storytelling and logical reasoning.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and using insights to improve creative performance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, compliant, and effective work.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems and improving results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and performance-focused teams.
Responsibilities
- Write compelling direct response video ad scripts for paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop multiple creative angles, hooks, and messaging variations to test and improve advertising performance.
- Create scripts for short-form video ads ranging from approximately one to five minutes, designed to drive traffic into conversion-focused funnels.
- Manage the production process from script development through final launch, providing clear direction to actors, editors, and creative partners.
- Review and provide feedback on video edits to ensure final assets align with creative vision and performance objectives.
- Analyze advertising performance data, including ROAS, CTR, engagement rates, and conversion metrics, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Test new hooks, formats, concepts, and creative approaches based on campaign insights.
- Research markets, audiences, products, and competitors to develop stronger messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with performance managers, media buyers, designers, editors, and other creative professionals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, performance reviews, and strategic discussions to continuously improve campaigns.
