Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience as a Director or Senior Manager.
- Deep expertise in clinical operations or health service delivery within a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to stand up clinical or compliance infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong judgment in balancing business velocity with non-negotiable patient safety and compliance.
- Ability to build and own compliance frameworks and manage clinical risk.
- Strong influence and alignment skills for managing expectations with senior leadership.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills to assess and embed complex solutions at high velocity.
- Experience in the Medspa industry is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Shape functional strategy for Clinical by aligning with business objectives and peer teams like Product and Growth.
- Own the portfolio roadmap and annual planning for the Clinical Operations unit.
- Partner with the CMO to build and maintain the clinical governance framework, including protocols and consent processes.
- Establish and oversee an end-to-end incident management and adverse event reporting system.
- Design and implement infrastructure for multi-state credentialing, licensing, and provider supervision.
- Collaborate with General Counsel to manage regulatory requirements and risk tolerance frameworks.
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and operational modeling for clinical roles (NP/MD).
- Champion the 'voice of the Member' to drive enhancements in clinical service quality.
