Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI-native practitioner who uses AI tools daily for drafting specs, data exploration, and prototyping.
- Exceptional analytical skills or product design taste, with a track record of being highly competent in at least one.
- Demonstrated ability to be a structured thinker in unstructured, complex business situations.
- Excellent communicator capable of earning buy-in through writing and managing difficult conversations.
- Bias for action with experience shipping scrappy, iterative product updates.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business leverage rather than just responding to requests.
Responsibilities
- Own a workstream within a swim lane, including multiple initiatives tied to 2026 business bets.
- Turn ambiguous, multi-layered problems into clear problem statements that earn cross-functional buy-in.
- Own specific business metrics such as conversion, retention, Pro supply, or cost-to-serve.
- Drive a dedicated engineering and design pod from problem definition through to shipment.
- Use AI daily in your workflow to compress timelines and refine product requirements.
