Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B enterprise software.
- Proven track record of launching and developing products for Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to document and socialize artifacts effectively.
- Experience designing products that adapt to client-specific requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams in an agile environment.
- Working familiarity with AI concepts and tools, including GenAI (Claude, ChatGPT), RAG, IDP, and MCP.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including bill review workflows and reporting.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent document processing and anomaly detection.
- Write clear product requirements, epics, and user stories while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with high quality standards.
- Present and influence customers, prospects, and executive leadership on product roadmap decisions.
- Lead a globally distributed agile team, fostering an AI-forward culture and project alignment.
