Requirements
- Proven B2B sales, channel, or partnerships experience.
- Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to represent the company to outside businesses.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly to partner sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfort working in field environments such as job sites, contractor shops, and equipment areas.
- Technical fluency to discuss and coordinate installation, electrical, and plumbing requirements.
- Self-directed organizational skills to manage a pipeline and partner portfolio simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-quality contractor prospects through cold outreach, trade networks, and referrals.
- Deliver pitches, demonstrate products, and conduct in-person field assessments of prospect operations.
- Manage the onboarding process, including legal agreements, data-sharing, and administrative setup.
- Oversee show site deployments, coordinate deliveries, and provide in-person training and installation certification.
- Map partner systems and CRM workflows to Aquaria's processes to ensure clean integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing partner support, service escalation, and business development.
