Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software engineering, API integrations, and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java or Python.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and webhook-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating with Salesforce platforms and working with Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of CRM automation systems, lead routing mechanisms, and data-driven workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing development activities through tools such as JIRA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within distributed and international engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable technical solutions.
- Fluent English communication skills for daily collaboration, documentation, and technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend microservices and automation workflows using Java or Python.
- Develop and integrate backend solutions with Salesforce APIs, including custom integrations, lead assignment workflows, and CRM automation processes.
- Build and support AI-driven sales development workflows, including automated routing systems, webhook-based architectures, and third-party integrations.
- Contribute directly to the development and maintenance of the GTM Data Platform codebase, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams through Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Track development tasks, priorities, and deliverables using project management tools such as JIRA.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Work effectively within a distributed, remote-first environment while maintaining strong communication with global teams.
