Requirements
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Experience in Go, Python, and Shell programming.
- Datacenter experience.
- Experience operating and managing workloads on Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cross-cluster networking and architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
- Strong collaborative, communication, and consensus-driven work style.
Responsibilities
- Manage physical Metal environment from bare metal to Kubernetes.
- Manage cluster networking components including load balancing, NAT, DNS, CNIs, and cross-cluster communication.
- Maintain Crossplane compositions and Terraform modules for cloud service provider resources.
- Manage scheduling and autoscaling for platform resources.
- Work with internal Grafana Cloud application teams to understand needs and invest in the right capabilities.
