Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure Security, or SecOps.
- 3+ years managing, leading, or mentoring high-performing security teams.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing incident response programs and managing external vendors.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud security architecture, ideally GCP.
- Hands-on experience building micro-segmentation models and establishing ephemeral workload identity controls.
- Experience securing CI/CD pipelines.
- Analytical capability to map systemic relationships and formulate risk prioritization frameworks (RBVM).
- Proven track record of architecting AI systems or automation workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of security engineers.
- Architect and lead the enterprise-wide transition to Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
- Oversee 24/7 security operations, including management of outsourced MDR/SOC vendor relationships.
- Design and deploy blast radius reduction solutions, such as micro-segmentation and ephemeral workload identity protocols.
- Manage operational artifacts including the Data Topology Map, Cyber Asset Attack Surface Matrix, and Workload Ledger.
- Operationalize risk-based vulnerability management and define patching/remediation SLAs.
- Coordinate with GRC, IT, and Product teams to integrate security policies into CI/CD pipelines.
