Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations.
- Strong expertise across OTM modules: shipment planning & execution, freight settlement, sourcing, and fleet management.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
- Experience in B2B integrations (EDI, API).
- Strong functional configuration and solution design capabilities.
- Experience working in both implementation and support environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth handover to offshore teams.
- Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery.
- Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding.
- Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams.
- Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers.
- Support both implementation and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence.
- Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization.
