Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- Data Analytics skills, preferably in a sports context.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python or R, SQL, Tableau, and Data modeling.
- Experience in customer-facing roles including training and education.
- Goal-oriented mindset focused on improving customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments as a team player.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities.
- Tireless work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for Hudl Statsbomb, API, and DaaS products.
- Educate customers on product workflows to ensure successful onboarding.
- Align with the Sales team and customers on short and long-term goals.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education teams to execute training strategies.
- Analyze and solve customer problems while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
