Requirements
- Proven functional expertise in Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Focus on Finance or Operations/Supply Chain.
- Ability to lead customer-facing calls and engagements independently.
- Fluent, professional-level English communication skills.
- Strong structure and confidence in communication.
- Power BI experience.
- Strong interest in data analytics and eagerness to learn Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer calls independently and manage customer-facing engagements.
- Deliver Business Central expertise to customers, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
- Explain Business Central data from a functional perspective.
- Run user training sessions and conduct product demos.
- Help customers understand reporting capabilities and outputs.
- Support Power BI installations and implementations.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate customer questions into structured requirements.
- Validate reports with customers.
- Contribute to marketing and sales efforts alongside the wider team.
