Shape strategic and tactical direction for systems and teams across contracts.
Investigate and recommend systemic improvements for State Medicaid Enterprise Systems.
Act as a technical advisor for Medicaid policy analysis tools and process automation.
Design and maintain complex, scalable cloud-based systems using CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
Own components or services throughout the full lifecycle, from development to production support.
Mentor engineers and drive improvements in code quality, testing practices, and DevOps standards.
Lead discussions and build consensus with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with practice directors to shape hiring, career development, and organizational strategy.
