Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation such as Data Analyst.
- 2 years of experience working with client-facing teams.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with either Tableau or Salesforce.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop reports and analytics strategies using data from data warehouses and Salesforce.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations using statistical methods.
- Build and automate dashboards and reports using MS Excel, SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Perform data QA and provide context through visualizations and narrative descriptions.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams and manage ongoing partner data requests.
- Monitor client data submissions and resolve data quality issues.
- Lead web-based trainings for clients and partners regarding data specifications.
