- 5+ years of experience and proven track record of success in revenue strategy, pricing, or related roles within the Fintech or payments industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently to strict timelines.
- Professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and sales performance data to uncover trends and generate strategic insights.
- Identify, design, and operationalize high-impact initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
- Develop dashboards and frameworks to track progress of key strategic initiatives and optimize for impact.
- Monitor the FinTech ecosystem, competitor pricing motions, and market trends.
